(Award Applications should reflect programming from January 1-December 31, 2024, for the current award year)
How to apply for a TAE4HYdP Awards
Communicator and Specialty Awards:
- Submit ONLINE via the NAE4HYDP portal at: Communication & Specialty Award Portal
- You can only apply for ONE award per program.
- You cannot submit the same program for multiple awards.

Service Awards, including the Golden Clover (state service award):
- Submit an Extension career resume and professional head shot by email to Angela Hemphill by March 1st.
- This resume is limited to a maximum of two (2) pages total.
- You will NOT submit service awards on the national awards portal. We will judge them at the state level and then upload the winners from our state.

- The following information should be included in the resume:
- 1. Position(s) held since career began. Include location, title and time-line.
2. Extension and association awards or recognition received.
3. Association participation (committee membership, offices held, etc.).
4. Achievements in programming (showcase your most outstanding 4-H & Youth Development programs).
5. What has been your most rewarding experience in 4-H & Youth Development work?
